How to run each track across a week

Hear it (days 1–2). Books closed, just listen. Guess what’s happening. Don’t translate — let the rhythm in.

Follow it (days 3–4). Now you know the vocab. Listen and track the meaning in real time.

Shadow it (days 5–6). Repeat the Polish speaker out loud, half a beat behind. This is where your accent and fluency actually form.
